Mr. Jigar Chheda, Partner at Edifice Engineering, is an experienced professional in concrete cutting, structural repair, strengthening and controlled demolition. He established Divya Construction in 2004 and later expanded his expertise into core cutting, concrete breaking and specialised demolition techniques.

Since entering the controlled demolition sector in 2007, he has worked with Wall Saws, Wire Saws, Floor Saws, concrete bursting, concrete splitting and hand crushers. With extensive practical experience and specialised machinery capabilities, he has built a strong presence in diamond cutting and demolition services in Mumbai.

He is also a core member of the Concrete Cutting Association of India. His practical understanding of structural alterations and tall structures supports the planning of suitable demolition sequences and methods for complex projects.
